Q1.How much did you lose (pounds, inches, dress/pants size)?
Ans. I have lost 27 pounds.
Q2. When did you become unhappy with your weight or look (where you
overweight as a child or did you gain weight as an adult)?
Ans. Even though I have been working out since I was 18, a few years ago I looked at a photograph and I was very overweight. I was horrified. I made an instant decision lose weight.
Q3. What made you decide to look fit?
Ans. To be more confident.
Q4. What were the most important changes you made to look good?
Ans. I became a lot more strict with my diet. I ate high protein foods that were filling such as chicken fish and low-fat cheese. I still have a cheat day though !!!
Q5. What was the most challenging thing you had to deal with during your
Ans. The most challenging thing was restricting my favorite foods crisps and chocolate.
Q6. How long did it take you to start to see results?
Ans. I would say 6 months. Believe in yourself and the results will come.
Q7. How long did it take for you to reach your current look?
Ans. About 21 years. Research and nutrition are the key.
Q8. How long have you maintained your fitness and what are the most
important factors for keeping it off?
Ans. I have maintained my fitness for 21 years. The most important factors for keeping the weight off is staying motivated and wanting to look good.
Q9. What keeps you motivated to continue your fitness success?
Ans. Because I want to look pleasing to the eye and remain muscular.
Q10. How has your life changed now that you made so many changes?
Ans. I feel much more confident in myself. I feel that if I put my mind to something I can do it.

Ans. Stick a picture of a celebrity with a good physique on the fridge. Look at this before you go to bed. This will help you stay motivated.

Ans. I found it very inspiring.

Ans. Yes, bodybuilding has made me more confident and social.

Ans. I have never trained with a friend! They are too lazy.

Ans. I read a lot of bodybuilding articles on google. Its amazing what you can find on the internet.

Supplements. Creatine whey protein and preworkout.

What do you do for weight training (exercises, workouts)?
Weight training. I work my biceps triceps shoulders and chest muscles twice a week.
What do you do for cardio training (exercises, workouts)?
Cardio. I don't actually do any cardio. As long as you are in a cardio deficit daily, there is actually no need for cardio.
